Tupelo Police  Dept.  needs your assistance identifying the person in the pictures.    On January 21, 2015, Officers were dispatched to 691 West Main St. (West Main Laundry Mat).  A black male in the pictures wearing a gray jumpsuit used a pry bar to damage multiple dryers in the building.  The male took a undetermined amount of money from the machines.     If you have any information regarding the his location, please call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-773-TIPS (8477).

2172015-03 2172015-02 Crime Stoppers and Tupelo Police Dept. needs your help identifying the 2 people in the pictures.  On 02-08-15 two people gained entry to a Commercial Building at 2337 South Veterans Blvd. (Simms Metal Management) in Tupelo.   The suspects broke into the ATM machine located on the premises.  Approximately $97000.00 was taken.  If you have any leads regarding this incident please call Crime Stoppers.

Crime Stoppers and Tupelo Police Dept. needs your help locating the 2 people listed below.  On 02-02-15 two black male suspects attempted to gain entry to an apartment at 2700 West Main St. (Parkway Terrace) in Tupelo while the resident was home.  Both suspects are described as being between 18-22 years old.  Both were wearing black hooded jackets.  The male who attempted to make entry was approximately 5’6, skinny,  had short curly hair and was well groomed.  The other male had his face covered and could not be seen.  The resident was able to strike  the male who attempted to push his way inside.  Both males ran away toward the front of the complex.

This week Crime Stoppers and the Chickasaw County Sheriffs Department needs you help in solving a burglary that occurred on Hwy 32 West of Houlka, sometime during first two weeks of August.

The following items were stolen during the burglary:
1 microwave
1 refrigerator, double door, black in color
1 stove,
1 dishwasher
several light fixtures and ceiling fans
1 antique dresser
pots and pans

Crime Stoppers of North East Mississippi and the Itawamba County Sheriff’s Office are asking for your help in locating the persons responsible for thefts from an Itawamba County residence.

On 08/23/2014 between 0300-0630 am unknown suspects broke into a red metal shop at the residence of 673 Moore Road South off of Hwy. 25 South in Itawamba County. Taken were several long guns including several boxes of ammunition.

On the morning of 08/25/2014 unknown suspects returned to the same residence taking a red 2011 Honda Rancher 4-wheeler and a red craftsman generator that was on wheels the 4-wheeler has one mud tire and three factory tires and will be missing the black plastic of the 4-wheeler

Victim is offering $1,000.00 reward for the conviction of person(s) responsible for the crime

Crime Stoppers of North East Mississippi and the Tupelo Police Department are asking for your help in identifying an individual wanted for grand larceny.  On 04-03-14 at Wal Mart N Gloster St an unidentified individual loaded several power tool kits into a buggy and walked out the front door without paying. The suspect then entered a silver colored mid 90s model Buick Park Avenue, with an Alcorn County tag, and left the parking lot. . On Sunday 10/13/13, To suspects stormed in and robbed the Dollar General at gun point. An undetermined amount of money was stolen.

On 09-21-2013 a victim had her purse stolen from the Mall at Barnes Crossing. Almost immediately after the purse was stolen her credit cards started being used.

On Sunday 10-06-2013 between 9a.m. and 6p.m. a residence on County Road 194 just across the Lee County line was burglarized and the following items were stolen:

4 Coach hand-bags valued at $1,000 each

2 Louis Veton hand-bags, values at $2,000 each.

Numerous women’s assorted jewelry gold and diamond rings, ear rings and bracelets

2 white gold tennis bracelets with diamonds

 

The stolen items are valued at approximately $30,000.
